The property was nice. Located near shopping stores and quite a few food options. Breakfast served at hotel was decent(eggs, pan sausage, waffle maker, yogurt/fruit, coffee etc). My only complaint was a customer above our room decides to have track practice at 11pm lol. So complained a couple of times and ended up having to move to another room. Besides that I enjoyed the stay.

I was disappointed to find out this hotel had a seasonal indoor pool which was closed through winter months. Kids were pretty bummed. Should have read the description better or called ahead. Beds were ok. But overall it was clean and it wasn't a bad stay. Would stay again during months the pool is open.

The room was what I expected for the price. It was a small room. The beds were comfortable. There was no closet but there was an area to hang coats, suits, or dresses. The hotel was clean and located close to the highway as well as shopping and dining.

For a one night stay like we did, the price is perfect and room was clean enough. The convenience store in the same parking lot made for easy gas, quick snacks and got us right back on our way. Sadly as we got up and started get ready we found hair in the bed that very obviously didn’t belong to either of us, and only half of the lamps in the room actually worked, some were even just flat out missing bulbs. So for a longer stay not sure it would be the best option as the room is very dark to try to actually get ready in or see into bags, we had to use our phones flashlights. Breakfast was okay, limited options but again for the price nothing to be upset with. It was warm food and had a few grab and go options too.

The front desk employee was efficient and professional even though a line had formed - apparently we (travelers) decided to pull off the interstate at the same time to get rooms! She showed no sign of being stressed and focused on each one of us when checking us in. A negative for the hotel is that parking in front where it is well lit is limited (not many spots).

Es un hotel que no tiene lo que ofrece y cobra Limpieza de cuarto, toallas y ropa de cama, son cada 3 dias, la alberca, el hidromasaje estan fuera de servicio, el GYM demaciado pequeño tiene 4 aparatos, la caminadora esta fuera de servicio, quedan 3 eso no es suficiente para un hotel de aproximadamente de 50 a 60 cuartos, las almohadas muy pequeñas el elevador y el cuarto 321 el que yo alquile necesita mantenimiento, la tasa de el baño y la pared donde esta el A/C y la esquina de el mismo lado, Espero mejoren el servicio

Good Quality Stay
Arrived at 11 pm. No problems with check in. Room was clean, quiet and tv and ac worked great. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good enough for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great staff terrible hotel
We checked in. Upon check-in we asked if the indoor pool was open. We were told it was (later realized the “heated” indoor pool infact wasn’t heated and the hot tub was closed. Okay fine whatever. We get settled in our room. I went to take a shower after our 5hr drive on our 15th wedding anniversary and there was no hot water. Thankfully the gentleman working was quick to upgrade our room and relocated us. Got to the new room which was spacious but the AC was having issues. If we hadn’t booked at the last minute I don’t think I would have chosen this hotel for our stay. The evening staff is amazing but the hotel itself is lacking.

Breakfast was decent, but the bed mattresses need to be replaced. The room cleanliness was ok, but I am picky. There was a strange odor which was very strong in the hallways, but you could also smell it in the rooms. It was ok.

The hotel was wonderful except that the wind blew through our door and every time another door opened near us it made our door bang. Staff is kind and welcoming.

The only thing I did not like was the the bed too soft there should be an option for medium firm to firm beds. Also I feel like there could be better hot breakfast items. Otherwise I have recommended and will be staying there again soon.

Good, safe, basic stay. No frills and that was fine for the one night in town. Got a good deal at about $100 total cost for a double room. It wasn't spotless, but decently clean. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was fine, except they had powdered creamer, again not a big deal. They kept the food stocked. The hot tub was closed, so we were bummed about that. Pool was fine. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. The hair dryer didn't work but was able to get another one. We would stay here again for sure.

Everything was great The only thing i had to choose to ignore was a little smell of fire - not sure if it could come from the outside people shooting firecrackers the day before 4th of July Or somebody smoked there in the past Also the toilet tank was slow filling the water Ardmore, room 202
