"Gorgeous hotel, super quiet and about a 30 minute walk from the main touristy area. The hotel itself is lovely and really well maintained. Spa was nice and always quiet for us. We had coffee on the rooftop a couple of times which had gorgeous views. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Amazing value!"

"Amazing! Only negatives were the pool hours were short and that they charge for pool towels. Everything else was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. Absolutely recommend to anyone but especially Americans visiting Italy for the first time. The free spa was a huge perk. "

"The deluxe bungalow was great! Similar in size to a large hotel room with comfy beds. It was cold in March after the sun set, so we were glad the heating worked. We often got our breakfast at the market and ate dinner at the restaurant on site or got takeout. The laundromat worked fine for our needs, but after only 1 cycle in the dryer, our clothes were still a bit damp, so we air dryer them in our room. The staff were great and check-in/out were quick and easy."

"A wonderful hotel and helpful staff. The room was one-of-a-kind: large, high painted ceilings, balcony. Room 115. Dinner at Serrae was phenomenal. This is a must-do. Beyond anything I’d ever had before. The breakfast was thorough and better than most hotels. Service was five star from everyone. "
