A garage with ping pong table. In a quiet area, dead end overlooking the beach between the Ares pier and the Nautical Club or Kite Surf, close to shops, Tuesday craft market, ocean by bicycle path 12 km away, ideal walking (forest) along from the coast, monitored salt water body 800 m (Saint-Brice), direct access from Bx-Mérignac airport 35 km by expressway, SNCF Bx station 47 km, Thalasso in Lege, St-Emilion and Médoc vineyards 40 km , Cap-Ferret at 20 km
