Family holiday

It was a great stay. The apartment was comfortable with the 5 of us. Pool was clean throughout the week. The village Argegno is a steep walk down the road, but very beautiful with great restaurants. I’d be happy to come back.

The view is the best thing at the apartment. Beside this everything is cheap or broken. In the first days we did not have an internet connection. In the rest of the stay the internet connection was not realy stable and fast. The TV had no signal. The furniture was not clean and partly broken. The shutters on the roof windows on the upper floor did not work reliably. The WPC pool decks are totally bent and have dangerous gaps. You can see that the apartments are operated with no love and passion.

August 2016 We didn't meet the host as everything was managed through an office in Menaggio. The location was good and the apartment was accurately listed. Detailed directions were greatly appreciated and the pool was great and most welcome at the end of a hot day's sightseeing. Jill, Australia

Beautiful view, janky apartment

Easy check in, nice garage space, beautiful view. Beds are pretty terrible. Zero internet connection for the whole time. Appliance plugs don’t match outlets, so there is one extension cord for them in the kitchen. Stove exhaust fan doesn’t connect to the vent. Lighting is terrible. A/c doesn’t work. Pool is dirty. The walls are dirty with what looks like smushed bugs. I’m really sorry to say it was not great, but it was the least expensive place we could fine. We were only there for two nights, so maybe things would have gotten better. Bathrooms were well equipped and the water pressure and hot water was great. Excellent washing machine.

Et rigtigt skønt sted, med en fantastisk udsigt.

Lejligheden er rigtig fin, med to badeværelser, og 6 sengepladser + to sovepladser i køkken på sovesofa. Sengelamper fungerer ikke optimalt, da de smelter og bliver overophedet. I køkkenet var der kun 4 vinglas selvom lejligheden er til 8 personer. Der kunne godt være lidt mere service i køkkenet fx en proptrækker, nye knive mm. I køkken/stuen manglede et sofabord. Alt i alt en udemærket lejlighed med god garage til bilen i kælder, let udgang til pool, som er rigtig fint. Dejligt med liggestole og roligt atmosfære.

August 2017 Die Buchung inkl Informationen zur Anreise, der Check In waren perfekt organisiert. Die Lage (5-10min zu Fuß an die Promenade), der Ausblick vom großen Balkon, der Pool, die Größe und Sauberkeit des Appartements inkl. den Bädern waren herausragend. Zu empfehlen ist die Unterkunft (Appartement 4) allerdings nur für maximal 6 Personen, da das Bett/ Schlafsofa für die Personen 7-8 in der Küche/ Wohn-Essbereich platziert ist. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die private Baustelle nebenan. Das Haus steht größtenteils aber die Arbeiten an der Außenanlagen dauern an. Wir hatten z.B. Samstags von 9-13.00Uhr Lärm von Kettensägen/ Rasenmäher. Danach war aber Ruhe. Die Dachfenster kann man übrigens mit einer Fernbedienung öffnen, was wir leider erst am letzten Tag festgestellt haben. Alles in allem kann man die Residenz Eden Azalea aber auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen! Für 1400€ für 3 Nächte, Ende August zwar kein Schnäppchen; aber die Highlights "Lage, Aussicht, Pool, Geräumigkeit, stressfreie Buchungsmodalitäten" machen das wieder weg. Wir: Gruppe von 7 Personen zwischen 24-33 Jahre inkl 2 Mädels ohne Kinder. Adrian, Germany
