Just 150 meters from the sea, on the marina, the "Les Villégiales Quai d'honneur" residence is part of a pedestrianized complex of high-quality residences with elevators and offers easy access to the beach.

This duplex vacation rental on the 3rd floor, facing southeast, features two bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a single bed and the other with two single beds, a separate toilet, and a shower room.
Upstairs, there is a third bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a living room with a sofa, an open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto a terrace and a solarium, offering beautiful unobstructed views of the port.

The advantages of this apartment in the port: Panoramic views of the sea, the port, and the mountains; private parking; elevator; washing machine; television; terrace with garden furniture; and solarium.
End-of-stay cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be reserved by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival.

L'appartement est spacieux et a une vue excepionnelle. les petits commerces sont proches ce qui est appréciable En revanche nous avons du cohabiter avec des foumis pendant 15 jours tout en achetant personnellement un traitement pour ces petites betes La literie d'une des chambres laisse à desirer Il n'y a ni parasol ni store sur la terrasse qui est spacieuse donc les dejeuners à l'exterieur était procrits Impossible de regarder la television toutes les chaines étaient en langue allemande et les annotations pour se servir de tel ou tel appareil en allemans egalement. Nous sommes en France. Le personnel de l'agence FONCIA qui gere cet appartement est tres agréable et sympathique mais d'une efficacité aussi cool!!! R Malgré tous ces inconvenients nous avons passe de bonnes vacances grace à la situation de l'appartement.
