Only on the 1st floor of a house facing the sea, this apartment offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea with the rising sun. You have direct access to the beach and pedestrian walk and trees (no road to cross). At the heart of the center of Argeles beach, you will find nearby free public parking, shops, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, entertainment, ...

Completely renovated, this air-conditioned accommodation of 85m² can accommodate 4 to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed 160 and a folding bed (double 140) to be installed in the living room if necessary, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a bathroom. private water to a room and a toilet.

All linen, water, electricity, tourist taxes and internet are included in the rental price.

L'appartement est très bien situé le long de la promenade du front de mer avec accès direct à la plage, aux commerces et restaurants. La vue est très jolie avec deux grandes baies vitrées. Le confort est optimal avec deux salles de bains et une literie de qualité. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Collioure, la côte Vermeille ou Perpignan. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Nous reviendrons !
