Les Arcades - Appartement vue mer

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent this charming 36 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view for rent in Argelès-sur-Mer, 25 meters from the beach. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, Wifi included
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190),
- A double sofa bed
- A single bed
- A bathroom with shower, WC

For even more comfort: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A balcony to enjoy the beautiful days

The apartment is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
- You can park close to the accommodation in the paid parking lot, and there are also free parking lots nearby.
- Nearest train station : SNCF and Perpignan road station at 29.1 km (about 30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée, 36.3 km (about 35 minutes by car)

Appartement bien situé, bien équipé ( rajouter quelques mug) conforme a l'annonce. Accueil chaleureux . Isolation phonique inexistante, on profite bien des voisins.
