"The location is perfect and close to the main attractions. It is a lovely apartment with all the amenities necessary. The only thing that has been a bit annoying is that on Expedia it's clearly stated that the cleaning fees are not mandatory if you clean the apartment yourself but in reality they are mandary fees! "My wife and i really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It felt like a much-loved home. It was a little dated in some respects (bathroom and kitchen) but this added to its natural charm for us. Also, while there was noise into some rooms from the busy piazza outside, it offered a sense of vibrancy to our stay, and connection to Bologna. We especially loved the size of the apartment, perfect for a longer stay of 16 nights. We hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you!"

"Es war schrecklich, es wurde beschrieben das es für acht Personen ist leider war sehr wenig Platz. Der Dachboden ist eine Katastrophe zum schlafen gewesen, super stickig und kein Luft zum Atmen. Dazu kommt noch das es sehr dreckig ist die Terrasse ist der Wahnsinn gewesen alles voll mit alten Blättern hier wieder keine acht Stühle vorhanden, und kein Platz am Tisch für 8 Personen. Also wirklich nicht zu empfehlen!!! Dazu kam noch das es geregnet hat und wir Wasser im Bungalow drinnen hatten nach...

"Fantastic hotel, clean, classy yet right across from train station; lots of places to eat around the hotel. Room was spacious for 3 of us, bathroom was nice, the shower has half door so it can get messy unless you stand right under it. Perhaps a shower curtain or a door on it will be great. Overall we loved our stay at this hotel. "

"5*+ rating for this special hotel in Bologna. For my first trip to Italy, my stay at this hotel made the entire experience that much more special. From the moment I checked in, to when I checked out the entire concierge team were welcoming, friendly and gave great tips on what to do and where to go. I was very surprised to have received a room upgrade - west facing, simply the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in and, a gorgeous bathroom with decent water pressure. If I had an extra day to my trip, I would have spent it in the hotel really taking advantage of the bar, lounge and restaurant. Or, just sleeping in - the bed was that comfortable. When I return to Bologna, I will only stay at Savhotel Aemilia."

"Excellent choice of accommodation with self catering kitchenette, and laundry services which is very convenient in the heat of the Bologna summer! A nice alternative to a traditional hotel. Hotel very close to some very cool bars and restaurants, you do not have to go far to find a very vibrant nightlife. Can be a little noisy at night especially at weekend but this is only a minor issue as everything else about the place was perfect. "
