"We stayed in the Avantgard apartment and while the location was great; right in the centre of the old town, within walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, the apartment did have a few issues.
It faces the main road so it was quite noisy throughout the night. The apartment itself is also very creaky, especially the loft where the bed is. The kitchen has a stove and microwave, but not much in the way of pots/pans or crockery so it's not great for cooking your own meals.

"Expensive for what it was. Took the host 2.5 hours to help us. The shower was broken. Very minimal appliances in the kitchen. However, the view was beautiful and a nice location"

"Apartment is fairly basic and has all the things needed. Location is good if you want to be in a quiet road within 20 min walk into old town city center. Good restairant nearby. Coffee shop with basic breakfast too. Parking is next to the apartment which worked well."
