「Convenient, near to the city centre and the bus terminal. Not good choice for family, especially about the bathroom setup. The shower is fixed on the wall, while the sink is too high for kid」

「It was clean and everyone was friendly.」

「No chair in room. Light switches impossible to reach from bed. Light bulbs too dim to read by. Carpets torn and not vacuumed. No phone in room. No tissues in room」

「Friendly and welcoming staff, thoughtful touches and a lovely location with great walks and lots to explore」

「Good experience of staying」

「We had an excellent experience in this hotel. It was the first time we visited this hotel. Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel. 「pillow and bedsheet are too soft. shower cannot used, can only use bathtub.」

「Nice accommodation」

「I’d booked and paid for a room via Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I would not be staying there as they were fully booked and they had no rooms available. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests....
