Villa in Poris de Abona

Overall the villa was fairly good, but we did experienced some problems: Mainentrance door was very difficult to open, no light in 1 bedroom, dishwasher and stove didn't worked. After a phone call the door and light was fixed, but the dishwasher and stove didn't worked during our stay. Outdoor area and terrace was excellent. Very few restaurants in this area.

schönes, windiges Haus

Pros: schönes Haus ( 3SZ 2 Bäder) mit wunderschönem, großzügigem Aussenbereich mit mehreren Terrassen, großem Pool: Durchmesser 7 m. Wir hatten fast immer Sonne. Cons: Es war in unserer Zeit sehr windig meist 50-60km/h, (diese Inselseite ist die windige) so dass der Pool sich nicht aufheizen konnte - etwas kühl. Nur auf der Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer ist man etwas windgeschützt. Im Haus klappern wegen des Windes die Türen und Fenster während der Nacht, der Schlaf war unruhig. Es gibt nur eine Sonnenliege trotz gr. Sonnenterasse. Auch auf meine Bitte hin wurde keine organisiert. Dies ist nicht schön bei 6 Betten im Haus. Wer bekommt die Sonnenliege?

Toller Blick von Terrasse, renovierungsbedürftig

Wir waren mit Freunden in dem Haus. Das Haus selbst befindet sich nicht dort, wo es laut Anzeige und auch der übermittelten GPS Positionen sein soll, sondern in der Siedlung Casablanca ca. 1 km vom Ortskern entfernt. Die Anzeige selbst ist auch missverständlich, wenn von Gemeinschaftsbereichen und privaten Terrassen die Rede ist. Es handelt sich um ein Haus, dass nur dem jeweiligen Mieter allein zur Verfügung steht. Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen und es besteht ein relativ hoher Renovierungsstau. So fehlt zB in einigen Räumen an ein paar Stellen Putz an der Decke. Die Sauberkeit des Objektes war ok, es gab ein paar Spinnweben, aber die hat wohl jeder selbst schon mal übersehen. Die Küche ist mäßig ausgestattet. Leider funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht und die Kaffeemaschine hatte eine Kanne mit Rissen, so dass der Kaffee rausläuft. Dies wurde von uns bemängelt, abertrotz Zusage nicht behoben. Eines der zwei Doppelbetten ist einfachfurchtbar (durchgelegene, dünne Matratze und sehr harte Unterlage). Auch ist die Ausstattung des gesamten Hauses eher dürftig. Ein paar Haken für Handtücher wären nett. Das Haus wird für 6 Personen angeboten, es finden sich überall jedoch nur 4 Stühle. Uns hat das allerdings nichts ausgemacht, da wir nur zu viert waren. Der Blick von der Terasse und die Terrasse selbst sind das Highlight des Objektes. Hier kann man prima sitzen und hat einen Blick zum Meer. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt. Insgesamt ist das Haus ziemlich abgerockt.
