Excelente.

El departamento muy bien, equipado con absolutamente todo, el barrio muy tranquilo ideal para descansar. Los desayunos en la terraza fueron increíbles con las vistas al océano y a las montañas. Al lado están construyendo una vivienda por lo que desde las 08:00am se pueden escuchar los trabajos de las obras pero en general no lo sentimos como una molestia ya que durante el día no hemos estado en el lugar. Cerca del departamento hay una estación de servicio, mini-supermercado, panadería, pizzería, cafetería y unas hermosas vistas a las montañas y al océano. Los dueños muy amables respondieron a todas mis preguntas y dudas. Check-in y check-out muy fácil. Recomiendo al 100% el departamento.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt, sehr gut ausgerüstete Küche, tolle Dachterasse, immer schönes Wetter, sehr gute Betreuung durch Tino. Und im Dorf hat es alles, was man braucht.

Individuell, ruhig und sehr empfehlenswert

Ich war 12 Wochen in diesem Juwel im Süd-Osten der Insel Teneriffa und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Objekt ist sehr ruhig, und man fühlt sich wirklich wohl darin. Alle dortigen Funktionalitäten sind vorhanden tatsächlich wie beschrieben. Auch ein Langzeit Aufenthalt ist damit sehr gut möglich. Die Umgebung ist beeindruckend und abwechslungsreich. Besondera auch für Naturfreunde, Wanderer und Kletterer speziell. Das Dorf ist ruhig und man bekommt manches an schönen Traditionen mit, wie Prozessionen, Feste etc. Insgesamt eine Top Location mit vollster Zufriedenheit. Ich würde sehr gerne wieder kommen. Speziellen Dank auch an den hervorragenden Service sowohl von Verwalter wie auch Eigentümer. Alles auch im Check In und Check Out hat hervorragend funktioniert. Vielen Dank auch dafür. Daher 100 Prozent Empfehlung!

Arico Viejo Wandern Klettern Radfahren

Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für die ganze Insel für alle Aktivitäten und zum Baden. Wir haben es genossen und kommen sicher wieder! Hasta luego!

Eine geniale Zeit

Wir verbrachten in dieser hübschen Wohnung 2,5 Wochen und sind rundum zufrieden. Das nächstgelegene Klettergebiet ist zu Fuß erreichbar, ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt gleich in der Nähe, eine Kneipe gibt es, perfekt. Sonstige Ziele für Wanderungen und unser Highlight die Tour zum Sonnenaufgang auf dem Teide machten wir mit einem Mietwagen, es war einfach nur herrlich. Wir werden wiederkommen
