「To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom.
As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....

「Nuestra experiencia no fue satisfactoria.
Intentamos contactar con el alojamiento unos días antes de la llegada para resolver algunas dudas, pero no obtuvimos respuesta.
El día del check-in tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo en la puerta, ya que no había nadie para recibirnos. Tampoco habíamos recibido instrucciones previas y no logramos contactar por teléfono.

「Man sollte hier insgesamt keine zu hohen Erwartungen haben.
Pro:
Die Aussicht. Wirklich beeindruckend. Wer ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bucht, macht alles richtig. Dafür lohnt es sich definitiv.
Es gab eine eigene kleine Küche, was sehr praktisch war.
Der Zimmerservice war gut: täglich frische Handtücher und eine gründliche Reinigung der Zimmer.
Contra:
Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Es war fast nie ein Parkplatz zu finden und wenn doch, waren diese sehr eng. Am besten parkt man gegenüber...

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「The room was not smelling good, and The staffs were not very motivated to solve the problem.
After , they finally offered me an other room .The process took about 1h30 min .The other room was by the entrance of the hôtel and I could hear the bisses that didn’t stop their engines for 30 min +, at a time . Moreover everything is less than average and the rating does not reflect the service and the accommodation.
The beding is also less than average 」
