"Room had a funny smell. Might need deep cleaning on the room and the stove was a bit old but functional. The room it self had no dishes or iron so take your own. Staff was helpful and nice! No complain there."

"hotel was way too overcrowded- Not enough pool chairs for guests so we had to sit on the grass. Shameful. The lazy river was filthy, the waterslide slow and the rooms basic. Not worth the “hype.” Stay somewhere else. Front desk manager Mario was the only plus at the hotel. "

"Oh my...This was one the grossest place ever. Everything is rundown, the carpet inside and outside the property, stains on walls, carpet. This thing is like 3rld world. The bathtub was even missing the coating, it's so old and not taking care of. I told the night guy how gross it was, but apparently it was fine with him. I wiped the floor with the washcloths and it was black as can be, lol. Paint was missing/scratched on rooms door. At least the sheet seemed cleaned ;-). I don't even know why this place is on Expedia!!! that made me very mad tbh. And the quicker, $166 for the last minute room! Heck no ! $65 is what this place is worth, that you book it 10 days in advance or last minute! "

"Parking was easy and efficient, was confusing when I first arrived read instructions emailed carefully ! Could have been cleaner the floors are not mopped well but everything else was decently cleaned "

"We've stayed in several VRBO properties and this was our absolute favorite. The backyard is absolutely amazing and the photos are very accurate. We had a blast watching March Madness games on the outdoor TVs and chipping golf balls on the turf (28 yards - I paced it off!). The host has done a wonderful job keeping the property stocked with staples that you don't see at other properties, such as laundry detergent, trash bags, and some other common items. Our family of 5 had ample room to hang out both inside and outside. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to many amenities. We would highly recommend this property."
