“The condo was very nice! The pool was always dirty and the back to the ocean smelled very bad, the back was where the people that would sell food cooked and I guess that’s where they would also throw away there garbage but it made the back of the property smell bad, and every night a lot of prostitutes would hang around that spot. But the condo was very nice unfortunately it has these problems. ”

“There is a lot to say about this property. I will try to be comprehensive. The positives far out weigh the negatives. It is large and fairly modern. The views are stunning and the location is great for going to the beach. Prior to booking it i read all of the reviews. I found some of the same issues listed when I arrived. Before I go into them let me preface this by saying that I was able to fix almost all of them easily without having building maintenance get involved. For example the worst……

“While the inside of the apartment is worn and could use some updating, the apartment is comfortable, well outfitted, and excellently located. The apartment has both a washer and dryer, which is very convenient. The apartment is in a complex that is well maintained and has a beautiful outdoor space that is lush and has a lovely pool. Recommended.”

“I booked this apartment because it had laundry facilities. It did not. Also, my guests arrived after 10 PM and weren’t allowed to check in. That was very frustrating. One of my guests arrived at 10:13 PM and they wouldn’t allow the guest to check in. The guest was stuck in traffic.”

“Apartment overlooking the see. Fenomenal view. Excellent spacious 2BR 2Bath. Every room has it's own AC. Marble floors. Fully equipped kitchen. The host Edwin speaks English and provides great customer service. Swimming pool area in the building is decent size with swimming pools on bothe sides of the building so you can enjoy sun at any time of the day at at least one of the swimming pools. Close to good restaurants and next door to Juan Veldez coffee shop with the best coffee in Colombia.……

“Close to the airport but getting a taxi / Uber to other points of interest in Cartagena is easy. Room ok with pleasant view. Have a small pool on the rooftop for relaxing. Restaurant food just so so. ”
