In order, this gets 5 stars for: 1. Hospitality 2. Location: all major attractions within 5 -20 min walk 3. Great breakfast with local food 4. Cleanliness Extra point: Must try the restaurant "Joy" located 5 mins walk from the guesthouse.”

“This place is not 4.5 star hotel at all. It is two star hotel the place where you can find cockroaches flies.. in addition this hotel that doesn’t have a conditioner for hair, lotion moisturising or magnifying mirror, bath robe. Usually 4.5 star hotel would have that. When you walk in the front desk wears gym clothes, an often found sitting in the lobby on the coaches. The front desk itself has a lot of clutter of personal stuff of a front desk people.. the whole place looks like someone’s……

“For those tourists looking for lobby lounge, bountiful breakfast buffets, and many staff looking after you , this is not your choice of stay. Bukhara is a well preserved city over 2000 years with the same layout, not multi-lane ,statue and fountain, metropolis. You don’t want large hotels in a city like this unlike Samarkand, which has a different history of the city. This is a family run boutique B & B in its 4th generation in a hidden side street right in the center (plaza) of town. Breakfast……

“If you are looking for authentic accommodations, look no further. The room and amenities are simple but everything is clean and AC works great. What stands out here are the kind and attentive hosts. They prepare a delicious breakfast every morning, and will make sure you have everything that you need. The place is very different from your typical hotel chains, but I view this as a positive. If I come back to Uzbekistan, I will be staying at Muslima.”

“I tried to check in and then the staff there explained that cannot give room to me since there is someone very sick stayed at my room and they couldn’t check out. The situation last until 6pm for the day of my check-in. I am not sure if it is just an excuse to sell my booking to another hotel. Besides, please send your guest to hospital if he is so sick ”
