“Check the working hour of Tripoli before you take this place, their normal is not international. For this hotel, you cannot control the room temperature nor decide to have cold or warm air inside the room. You have to call the front desk to ajust for you, the setting is annoying, to both customers and staffs. We stayed 2 nights. My experience was with room 102 and 202. The washroom for 102 was smelly so we asked for room changing, because you smell it even with the bathroom door closed. ……

“Booked at last minute and I made small mistake in the booking which they happily rectified , saving the day. Facility very nice , nice staff especially Aura (?) . Great location , good food and peaceful outlook .”

“Chambre très propre et spacieuse. Literie très confortable. Par contre l'éclairage de la chambre est très insuffisant. La salle de bain est belle mais la bonde était bloquée fermée et les produits de bains difficilement utilisables car cassés.”
