Welcome!
For the winter months-
The driveway will be plowed for any snowfall over 3". A snow shovel and salt can be found on the porch for your use to get to the plowed path.
If there are heavy snowfalls and/or you need additional assistance or help with this, please message me and let me know!
Filtered water can be found in the fridge, and ice in the freezer.
Bathroom is down the hall, 2nd door on the right. Extra toilet paper can be found in the cupboard.
Wi-Fi password is on the fridge. You can stream all your favorite channels on the living room TV throughout your stay.
The electric fireplace heats the master bedroom with the buttons on the bottom of the unit.
A small charcoal grill is available for your use and can be found on the porch with charcoal.
The firepit is left of the carport and a small bundle of wood is provided beside the stairs.
Small pets are welcome, please use the scooper hanging on the side of the garage to dispose of pet waste into the unmowed area. Please keep pets off the furniture.
Outdoor area activities are limited to the front yard area.
When starting the washing machine you may smell the well water however, this fades quickly as washer fills. Please do not leave the dryer unattended or on while you are out of the home.

Gorgeous, stunning property in a quaint town!
I have stayed at about 3 Vrbo homes so far with my boyfriend, (I’m from Washington so it’s quite the treat when I can make my way down!) and this one takes the cake. Absolutely stunning property in the middle of upstate New York, the pictures don’t do it justice! Spacious living room with a television, very comfy couch and chairs, and a very comfortable queen sized bed in an adorable master bedroom. The host makes you feel right at home with so many amazing amenities that are rare to find nowadays, and has gone above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. This home was so cozy to get snow days on, and I couldn’t imagine how nice it would be in the summer with the fire pit! Please, if you are hesitating to go here, take my review and book it. Monica is such a sweetheart and makes this house a home.
