"The Cacharel is like going back in time to a French ranch house. Staff is incredible- food is amazing. Gorgeous large pool (eat there!) rooms all have AC and are comfortable. Incredible location right by marshes with hundreds of flamingos and ample places to ride the iconic white horses. We had no idea how amazing this part of the world is. Would absolutely recommend if you want a wonderful once in a lifetime family adventure! We loved our stay (and added a night!) "

"This was a great place to stay for a night as we travelled. It was very close to the motorway but not noisy. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good and the price very reasonable."

"First impressions were pleasant. We were a family of 5 staying in the family room with private bathroom.
The room was quite basic - large enough for the 5 of us, with x2 double beds and a single bed comfortably fitting in the room. However it was lacking features that you may expect in hotels and especially for longer stays - eg) TV. The bathroom was essentially a small boxed in part of the room - it was very cramped and a taller person would need to crouch. There was no shower curtain, so in...

"We found this strategic accommodation for several reasons and if you don't want a horse experience you probably won't need your car for a while.
Free public parking is within walking distance, ditto for the pedestrian city center, restaurants and beaches (wind if always treacherous).
Friendly staff, cleaning ok, perfect quality french style breakfast!
The standard room is decent, so why not?
We enjoyed our stay!"

"The staff were all SO kind and the property and rooms were gorgeous. I wish we could have extended our trip just to have had more time there! As someone who lives on a horse ranch it felt like the French equivalent of being home. A wonderful stay all around! "

"I liked the location, outside of Arles but not too far. It had a tennis court, bikes and pool...my favorite hobbies! The gardens are just wonderful- make sure you explore. The rooms are all individually furnished."

"Pascal is the ultimate chambers d’hotes host. She is friendly, informative and plans everything to make your stay delightful. Mas Petit Fourchon is an exceptional destination. The 1784 building is beautifully designed and restored. Attention to detail, love and grace abound. Breakfast is delicious with fresh breads and croissants, homemade jams, fresh fruit and wonderful French cheeses. The grounds are lovely, even in early spring. I am so happy to have stayed in this charming home in the South...

"We were pleasantly surprised to find we could do laundry for free there!! Instructions were clear. Bed comfortable. Cooking ability basic. Wi-Fi bumped us out a few times. Lovely bath. Plenty of light. Big apartment. Recommend getting a courtyard room if you want absolute quiet. Otherwise, we looked out over the street. Lots of light through big windows. Great location in old town close to river and food stores. "
"Excellent location. Short walk to train station. Inside old city area with walk streets, restaurants, stores. Room was very good, large recently renovated bathroom and comfortable bed.
Best part was the staff - so friendly, helpful and kind. They seem to genuinely like their jobs!"
"Hôtel was fine, beds was the hardest thing I have slept on…and I like a firm bed…but the area around the hotel was truly dirty and there was garbage everywhere. Parking is easy and plentiful and you are only 5 minutes away from the city center. "

"We weren’t aware of the elevator tube when we first arrived. The front desk is not staffed and you get in by receiving a key code to your phone. Once we got that organized, it was fine. We were on the third floor and my travelling companion was wonderful about lugging stuff up three long curvy flights of stairs. Once she reached the top, she realized there was an elevator tube that we could use. It was for one person only and it was a tight squeeze with luggage. It felt like you were in a vacuum canister. But it did the trick and certainly helped from having to lug suitcases up all those flights. It would’ve been helpful to know that that was available ahead of time. The staff who were there for breakfast were terrific and the breakfast was delicious. They were able to provide us with some useful information for our stay in this pretty little town."
"Convenient boutique hotel within short walk of train station and located on the edge of Oldtown historic Arles. This was a one night stopover before beginning a river cruise up the Rhone. Staff very friendly and helpful, which was important for carrying extra luggage since there is no elevator in this two story building. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and large bathroom area. Attached restaurant had charming covered outdoor area for dining or enjoying a bottle of Provence wine! Helpful recommendations for tourist sites and Oldtown dining. Highly recommend."
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always made sure to answer my questions and give useful information.
Regarding the rooms, they were mostly clean and in good condition, however, the A/C didn't seem to work and neither did the bathroom extractor fan.
The hotel is well connected, at 25 minutes walking from Downtown Arles. The free parking is very useful if you're planning on renting a car and driving to neighboring towns. "
"Beautiful hotel with a spacious and quiet room. Wonderful staff who were very helpful to us on our first trip to Arles. Delicious dinner and breakfast in the restaurant"
