- The house is on a close 4000 m², tidy property, in a beautiful garden. The small house has 67 m² and it is ideally decorated and equipped. The living and dining room accommodate up to 5 people, and have a Sat-TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Internet access is possible. There is a very beautiful, American kitchen with ceramic stove top, baking oven and dish washer, microwave, extraction hood, refrigerator with freezer, vacuum cleaner, Senseo coffee machine. You have a beautiful bathroom with fizzy bathing tub, shower, sink and washing machine. In the gallery, there is a separate bedroom with double bed. There are 3 single beds in the open gallery. You will also find a modern pool with counter current flow and massage jet. There are many places where you can sit and relax on the property. There is a nice grilling place under a big fig tree, where you can relax. There is also a large place for petanque amateurs.

Die beste Ferienwohung, die wir bisher hatten.
Die Ferienwohung ist absolut vollständig ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Heel mooi rustig liggend verblijf.
Ons verblijf was prima. Lief ontvangen door gastvrouw en heer op leeftijd.Alles aanwezig en heel schoon. Een echt Frans huisje met veel spullen en kleuren. Prima douche en ook het bed is prima.Alleen de trap naar boven is wat smal en stijl. Prachtige tuin met zwembad en heerlijke bedden.We hebben genoten.

A quiet retreat from the town of Arles
We loved the facilities here. The kitchen was so well equipped and our hosts very generous. We found the steep ladder to our bedroom and the fact that the bathroom was on a different level to be the only problem; I would not recommend this particular property on the site to anyone with mobility issues. The wide variety of outdoor spaces and excellent poolside facilities were much appreciated.

Super Ferienwohnung, sehr nette Vermieter
Alles ist wirklich wie beschrieben, die Ferienwohnung selbst, die Grundausstattung mit Lebensmitteln und die Außenanlagen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr sauber, liebevoll und dabei nicht verkitscht eingerichtet.
Wir haben uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder - 4 und 2 Jahre alt) sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Die Wohnungen sind auf einem super Grundstück mit viel Grün und liebevoll ausgesuchten Gegengegenständen verteilt. Es gibt einen großzügigen Parkplatz und einen herrlichen Pool mit vielen Möbeln und Sonnenschirmen zum Entspannen. Auch auf der Terrasse unserer Wohnung ließ es sich zu allen Tageszeiten prima sitzen und faulenzen.Die Wohnung samt Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wer kochen will, findet alles, was er braucht. Um nach Arles zu kommen, sollte man ein Auto haben. Wir sind auch mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt gefahren, der Weg dorthin ist aber nicht wirklich entspannt.

Erholung pur-Wohlfühloase zum Verlieben
Unsere Ferienwohnung war gemütlich und es fehlte an nichts. Wer es mediteran mag und Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Schlaf.Der Pool lädt zum Baden ein, jedoch für unsere Reisezeit zu kalt. Der Gartenbereich eine Oase. Hier findet jeder einen Ruheplatz.
Wenn man mag, kann man auch draussen essen, grillen usw. Es gibt eine perfekte Aussenküche.
Das Anwesen mit noch 2 weiteren Ferienwohnungen ist in in einer Siedlung etwas abgelegen von Arles. Jedoch alles gut zu erreichen mit Bus, Fahrrad und Auto. Man spürt in jeder Ecke die Gastfreundlichkeit der Gastgeber Marie und Falk. Marie hat ihre Visionen perfekt umgesetzt. Wir haben uns sowas von wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder. Danke Marie und Falk, wir sind als Gäste gekommen und als Freunde gegangen. Wir kommen wieder.

S éjour parfait et détendu
Marie et Falk ont été d’une grande gentillesse et serviabilité. Marie avait préparé des bonbons, des ballons et décorations pour l’anniversaire de mon fils. Et lorsqu’on lui a dit que nous avions cassé un de ses coquillages de déco, elle en a offert un à chacun de mes enfants …
Nous avons donc passé un super séjour !

Un grand merci aux proprietaires pour leur accueil et leur réponse à mes messages...Les petites attention à notre arrivée (café, jus fruit, lait etc....) et les bonbons pour mon fils de 6 ans ont été très apprécié, je vous remercie encore.
La propriété est très belle et entretenue.
Tout y est pour le confort.
Je recherchais de l'espace et du calme, en tranquillité.

Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus
Einfach nur super. Tolle Gastgeber, wunderschönes Ferienhaus, einen Urlaub den wir nicht vergessen werden. Schöner Wohnbereich, großzügige Küche mit allen notwendigen Dingen, die einen Ferienaufenthalt angenehm machen. Beheizter Pool, eine immer in Erinnerung bleibende Plancha unterm Feigenbaum, Gartenmöbel in denen Mann und Frau sich sonnen, ausruhen und die Seele baumeln lassen können. Einfach nur super. Idealer Platz auch für Ausflüge ans Meer nach Sainte Marie de la Mer oder Avignon oder anderen Plätzen der Provence. Arles direkt vor der Haustüre. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können Marie und Falk nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschön!!!
Wir waren zum ersten Mal bei diesen reizenden Vermietern, über die wir zuvor schon so viele tolle Bewertungen gelesen hatten. Und die Realität hat uns nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, blitzsauber und es fehlt wirklich nichts. Der Poolbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und inzwischen viel üppiger begrünt als auf den Fotos. Ja, und Marie und Falk sind wirklich perfekte Gastgeber, die ihre Gäste einmal wöchentlich mit einem großartigen gemeinsamen Essen verwöhnen. Außerdem hat Falk jede Menge toller Tipps parat.
Die Gegend um Arles bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub, sodass wir sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort waren.
Wir danken Marie und Falk noch einmal für ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die kulinarische Verwöhnung! So etwas findet man nicht überall!
Wir können diese schöne Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire: Marie. Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille extraordinaire.
La location était très propre et, très bien équipée. Il y avait même des boissons dans le réfrigérateur et, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner: huile vinaigre pâtes riz( le tout de très bonne qualité)
Un belle piscine des transatlantiques un coin barbecue également disponible
Marie nous a invités à partager des grillades avec les autres locataires.
Je conseil cette location à un couple, une famille et toute autre personnes qui veux se reposer tout en écoutant le bruit des cigales.
Je remercie encore Marie qui sait rester très discrète et ausi très disponible. Merci aussi à son mari Falk pour l' accueil et les conseils
