“My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff.”

“The property was clean and well maintained.”

“The room was great. I had a dog with me and was double charged for the incidental fee. I was reassured that it would be back in my account in 2-4 hours. It was not. I called to ask about it and the woman that answered was really rude. I was told to call my bank so I did and they didn't have any record of a refund. I called the hotel back and was told the manager would call. They never did, I understand mistakes happen but it was handled extremely poorly on their end. $100 is already a steep……
