We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand. “La habitación estaba muy bien, al igual que el buffet, muy variado y para todos los gustos. Las piscinas bien pero en la principal era difícil conseguir tumbona. No me gustó entrar a las 4 de la tarde cuando mi entrada era a las 2 y las salidas deben ser a las 12. No entendí muy bien que pasó pero agradezco al alojamiento por el regalo de dos consumiciones y poder disfrutar de las instalaciones. Hotel muy animado, a 2 min del paseo y tiendas.”

“Wir waren für 5 Tage zu Gast im Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel. Gebuchtvhatten wir ein Superoir Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer hatte knapp 40qm und wir für uns (2 Erw. 1Kind) sehr großzügig und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Meerblick. In den ersten Tagen mussten wir uns erst einmal zurecht finden, da das Hotel durch seine mehreren Ebenen etwas verirrend war. Die Auswahl am Abendbuffet war gut und das Live Cocking hat uns sehr gefallen. Hier muss man nur darauf achten, dass alles für eine entsprechen……

“Interesting complex of a hotel spread out over a large area with many separate buildings which gave a uniqueness but orientationof getting around was not straightforward, Very hilly. Great grounds and very relaxing good service but could have been more attentive around the pool area.”

“The hotel was amazing. Great facilities for the family including swimming pools, spa, buffets, pool snack/bar. We booked all inclusive option which had great options and food and beverages (including beers and wines). Inside the hotel, there are souvenir shop, mini market, slot machine games & billiards, theater and outdoor facilities (climbing, tennis, basketball, football, golf & volley court Entertainment Activities every day to entertain kids and adults. Also two a la carte restaurants……

“Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.”

“The classes at Activate were great. The children’s playroom was immaculate and beautifully designed. Our apartment and balcony with jacuzzi was incredible. The jacuzzi was definitely worth getting!!”
