“While the staff was great and very accommodating, don’t let them place you in a Mountain View room. As most places in Italy, they don’t have air conditioning. So that means you have to keep your windows/doors wide open when it’s hot out. “Our stay was incredible, I don't have sufficient words to describe how amazing this place is. Mountain Residence Montana is rated as a 3 stars property, but based in our experience, it is fair to say that it deserves 5 stars. “The views from the balcony are stunning and the location is perfect for accessing restaurants, bars and shopping. We each had our own comfortable rooms while having ample space for meals and socializing. Host was gracious and quick to respond with any questions. We visited in early June and while many Refugio's were not open, we felt like we had the hikes to ourselves. Amazing trip!”

“This unit is in a super location. It was clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the street and tower. Be sure you download the user guide and follow it. For example, before you start the dishwasher you have to turn off the hot water heater in the bathroom and you have to bring your garbage to the basement - things like that. Great place overall - just a little dated.”
