Cozy cabin good for 3 groups with plenty of room. But one bedroom has no heat source so management dropped off a space heater

Real cabin in the woods
This home is loaded with rustic charm, if you are looking for the real cabin in the woods feeling. Lots of comfortable seating in the living room, which we enjoyed with the wood fireplace and views. Kitchen cupboards were well stocked for basic cooking needs.
Why not a 5 star: older heating system. The night we arrived was pretty cold, low 30s, and it is an older cabin. It took several hours— 18hr for it to warm to 60 degrees. You need the fireplace to warm the place up—bring lots of firewood. Unfortunately upstairs doesn’t warm up. There are plenty of blankets provided. Vacasa— had issues with check in and be sure to text, calling is indefinite hold

Cozy cabin...
Cozy cabin, we enjoyed our short stay.
Mattresses could be more comfortable.
Me, my daughter, and her friends all enjoyed staying here at the cabin, We did 2 nights and came from Stockton. The drive up wasn’t too bad and the cabin had enough beds for all of us. I recommend staying here if you want the camping experience without having to stay in tents.

Still Perfect
This is my second review. I decided to try this place last December and was totally surprised and impressed. So, we decided to try again for the 4th of July. Still fabulous. This is one of the best vacation cabins I have ever been to. Fabulous amenities, great location, you can't go wrong. We will be back again and again.

Nice home, but bad vrbo service
It's a nice home in a nice location. But there was a problem with a dead battery with E-lock at the check-in. Vrbo has handled the situation really badly by refusing to help and forcing us to get to an area with cell phone coverage, when there was none near the home. Further requests to resolve the problem by accommodating our requests or providing any compensation for a failed on time check-in process were denied. I got nothing except for "we're sorry, but it's your problem, suck it up".
Messages take a long time to respond, every time it's a different person, and I couldn't get to the host.
Very unprofessional approach by vrbo.

Perfect
This is going to be a long review. I don’t normally do reviews, but because I was the sole decision maker on this particular rental, I decided to do it myself. I wanted to take my wife away for her 68th birthday to somewhere in the mountains above us,(we live in Stockton). I found this place and I kinda knew where it was, but it didn’t have a review. But everything seemed good so I went with it. What a good decision. This place is fabulous. It is obviously a family cabin. The place is huge and easily sleeps 10. This is not a high-end luxury cabin, but it has a fully stocked kitchen, several TV’s, ample high end hotel quality towels, as well as being clean and well-outfitted for electronics (including Google’s Assistant). This is a rustic, homey, cozy, retreat. For what we were looking for, it was perfect. The description of this place in the AirBnB listing doesn’t do it justice. It is well better supplied then the listing indicates and the Nest thermostats work great and keep it snug. GREAT WiFi. Was able to stream all the games from NFL channel via my computer, no problem. Really nice fireplace stove, more of a fireplace. Just a really fabulous place. The look on my wife’s face when I opened the door made it all worthwhile. Easy to get to, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Rooms are clean. Great cabin for family.
We enjoyed staying in the cabin and it's beene maintained very well. Kids had a lot of fun playing sled at the back of the cabin where there is good slope and some snow during our stay. Will come back again.
