Direct Lakeside View, 3 Bed, 2 Bath Condo at Bridges Bay

  • Direct Lake View: 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom

    This 1,554 sq ft modern condo was finished in 2022 with entirely brand-new furnishings. It is in the Bridges Bay Resort, Stillwater Complex #312. The Bridges has 4 outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, 6 passes included to the indoor/outdoor waterpark, zipline, outdoor children's play station, workout center, basketball & sand volleyball courts, and stocked fishing pond. Fishermen welcome.

    Other resort features:
    Waterfront meeting room
    4 easily walking-assessable waterfront restaurants
    Boji Splash Indoor Waterpark and Pickled Parrot Cantina
    ***NOTE: Off Season (day after Labor Day until Friday before Memorial Day) waterpark and pool hours are limited:
    Friday: 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Saturday: 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m.- 5 p.m.


    Master bedroom: king size bed, patio access, TV, full bathroom

    Bedroom 3: king size bed, TV
    **All 3 beds are high quality Rockwell EPT 66 mattresses
    Bathroom: 2 full tub/showers
    Living room: TV, fireplace, leather couch with 2 electronic recliners, leather loveseat with 2 electronic recliners, 2 leather swivel chairs, (an air mattress is also provided that will fit in the living room)
    Fully stocked kitchen as for utensils and machines (coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot, pots/pans, others listed in "Amenities" tab)
    Tall island stools for 4, dining table has seating for 6

    Linens & towels provided, washer and dryer in the unit
    Free Wi-Fi internet access

    Non-smoking, no pets allowed

    Bridges offers some availability for rental dock access. There is also a public boat ramp just up the street.

    Easy access to Arnolds Park & lively downtown area: many bars and restaurants within easy access via car, boat, or walking. Watercrafts available for rent at various locations around the lake.
