Great stay!

Quick overnight stay but wish we were staying longer! Wonderful property, easy check-in, great location, tons of room and amenities in the house! The beds were very comfortable. We plan on booking this same place next year! Great communication as well!

We enjoyed our stay here! Sherri was super helpful. House very clean and lots of space! Loved being across the street from the gas station for random odds and ends needed. Also walking distance to everything which makes it convenient with a stroller. Highly recommend and will be back!

Spectacular!~

This property was perfect for our group! Had a 50th B-day party to attend and it was great for 5 couples to be comfortable and enjoy Okoboji. Location was perfect and easy to enjoy the heart of Arnolds Park. Highly recommend and host was fantastic.

Arnolds park

The house felt bigger than the pictures showed online. Sherri answered all of my questions promptly. I feel like woth larger groups its difficult to find adequte parking but we had zero issues with this. The place was clean and well taken care of. It cam be difficult to get out of the driveway but the listing is very transparent about that. Really nice place to stay.

Bringing family together

Thank you for providing a place that felt like home . We enjoyed hosting our grandson’s first/golden birthday party as well as Sunday family dinner at the house. We’ve captured many family and candid photos providing timeless memories for our families.

Great place

This was perfect for our group. It's proximity to boondocks was super convenient. Damage deposit is steep, but I'm sure the host has their reasons. We didn't damage anything so it wasn't a problem for us. Don't break anything, and you'll probably be fine too. We had an amazing time! Would book again no question.
