A fun place to stay

We enjoyed the property, the ice cream truck, Arnolds Park and some lake fun. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great stay

Was the perfect place to stay and enough room for all and all the amenities anyone could want. Bugs were bad but nobody could do anything about them. Was a great stay I highly recommend it to everyone!

Family vacation

The entire family had a great trip! House was perfect! Backyard was great and plenty of room for play. Pool was right in backyard as well! House was clean and had a lot of room for all of us!

Great property for multiple families

We rented this cabin and the one next door for a vacation for multiple families. Everything was as expected. The only thing we wish we would have had was a fire pit for the cooler buggy evenings

The cabin was very nice but could have been a little cleaner. Beds were comfortable but the upstairs was quite warm. The best thing was the location. Close enough to walk if you like but also quiet and away from the main strip. The back patio was facing the corn field which felt like you were in the country.

Nice home

I’ll begin by saying Bridget was great to work with. The house was decorated nicely and had most items to start your vacation, however upon arriving one of the bedrooms had burned out lightbulbs so I had to purchase some. There was no trash bags or laundry soap. Also the trash can was broken. The bathroom upstairs would not drain the tub and I know from other reviews that this is an ongoing problem that hasn’t been addressed. The air conditioner was not cooling like it should have either. But what really bothered me was that because the beds were made up with bedspreads I assumed they were made only to find out at 11 pm they weren’t. We had to make all the beds and didn’t have a fitted sheet for mine. For what we are being charged for the cleaning service I would expect those details to be done. I’m not saying these things to criticize but to encourage a better service. This was a nice home and it doesn’t take much to fix these problems. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

It was great, except for the air conditioning not working well. The upstairs bunk room was incredibly hot! Beyond that, it was great.

Getaway

Bridget and Cara responded very quickly to my questions and our needs. With 14 women in the cabin, we needed extra TP and they were very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Okoboji!!

Nice house with nice yard space for outside games

Nice set up for family stay and clean. Suggestions: bath tubs draining slow 6” water standing after shower. Per check-out instructions towels need washed and dried but no detergent was provided. Room with bunk beds get hot since vent is under the full sized bunk. Everything clean except bedroom closet on main floor; this needs deep carpet cleaning -smelled like urine-not pleasant so couldn’t use it.

What a beautiful property to stay in while enjoying all of the amenities of Bridges Bay and the Arnold’s Park/Spirit Lake area. The house was furnished with everything we needed and was spotless!
