“Excellent room provided for us based on my wife’s mobility issues, absolutely perfect for us”

“For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re on a budget, very clean and the water in the swimming pool is immensely clean and warm in the bottom pool! Those wanting to cool off chose the top pool. We will……

“Had a lovely couple days at this hotel everything screamed luxury! When we arrived we were greeted by Bruno and he really set our holiday off to a good start he was welcoming, we mentioned we had a car to explore and he recommended some amazing places, thank you Bruno! The weather wasn’t great but we were in for a treat when we discovered the pool is heated, we didn’t really use the facilities as the pool had no music or atmosphere. The evenings were also as lovely was a wake so we got a taxi……

“Wasn’t expecting much , but apartment was modern, clean. Looked like recently upgraded. Had everything needed for a self catering . Only thing was no safe . Other than that can’t fault it for price range ”

“All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!”

“Chose this hotel as was next door to my parents hotel and was good value for money. Very friendly staff and clean rooms and hotel. Would stay there again. ”

“The apartament was really good. Close parking e and reception 24/7. The only thing that was missing is an hairdryer ”

“Hotel overall was great. The rooms were a decent size, a safe was included but you had to pay €15 for the week with a €6 deposit. The pool area was a great size, there wasnt any day time music which was a shame this would have made it perfect. The drinks were reasonably priced. The communal areas were amazing, a shame the bars weren’t open within these areas but they were lovely none the less. An added bonus was check out being 12pm. Overall good value for money and would come again!”

“Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work”

“Lovely little place to stay, location is excellent. Staff were lovely and place was spotless. Could be doing with some updating but that does not take anything away from this little gem. ”

“Very enjoyable stay, lovely reception staff and cleaners. Great poolside bar with very reasonable prices. Apartment was comfortable with good kitchenette and wifi, however, there is no a/c and ceiling fans are useless so I'm not sure if it would be bearable in mid-summer. This is our third time staying here and the glass around the pool has been filthy each time, which is a pity considering the rest of the place is very clean.”
