    The apartment Playa Las Vistas 2 is located directly at the sea in the well-kept Tenerife Royal Gardens complex and belongs to the upscale class on Tenerife. The location is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday, it is only 100 metres to the sea and a few steps to the beach Playa Las Vistas.
    The pool is heated, so you can relax and swim even in the winter months.
    The apartment is accessible by lift. The terrace offers a breathtaking sea view and pool view. You can enjoy the sunset there in the evening with a glass of wine.
    The apartment is very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
    The apartment is very centrally located, all shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, so everything is within easy walking distance.

    An aircondition is available, it is working with coins.

Excellent position for bars and restaurants, could hear sea from the bedroom, good communication with owner during the booking process. Nice pool area with enough sunbeds even in AugustWould stay again.

Lovely property great location. Can I suggest the bedding and towels are replaced with better quality, they were very poor quality for such a high end high priced property. Also some cleaning products would be useful.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay - great location. Modernised apartment and very clean. Having the washing machine was a great addition. Needed to pay extra for Air Conditioning to work using 1 Euro coins (1 Euro gave you 90minutes air con). Wifi in the apartment but signal dropped when upstairs in the bedroom.

Excellent location close to all amenities

Good sized clean modern apartment with sunny balcony from 10am until sunset. Well equipped kitchen with all the necessary items for self catering. Heated shared pool a bonus. Disappointed we did not meet the manager, but managed to resolve minor issues ourselves. May return and would recommend.

Schöner Urlaub trotz Mängel

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten 15 Tage einen schönen Urlaub. Das Apartment ist schön gelegen und bietet ausreichend Platz. Leider klappte es mit der Ansprechpartnerin nicht so, im Apartment war im Badezimmer eine Lampe defekt und die Wasserspülung in der Toilette lief ständig das wurde bei der Hausdame reklamiert, ohne eine Rückmeldung zu bekommen oder eine Reparatur Des Weiteren war die Balkonbrüstung voller Vogelkot und meine Frau musste erst mal den Balkon reinigen. Sehr schade! Ansonsten haben wir uns trotzdem in Teneriffa sehr gut erholt!

What this property has is location and sea view. It's in a very well maintained complex right beside the beach. It's a good size apartment on 2 levels but I'm afraid that's where the good points end. I think the property owner needs to pay a little more attention to cleanliness and condition of furniture/ linen etc. The beds, while comfortable were made up with old sheets, duvets, pillows etc. We had to wash them before using them. The towels, about 20 of them seem like they were left by previous guests and were very rough. The least anyone should expect upon arrival are clean fresh towels and bed linen. The kitchen, we had to buy sponges and cloths to clean surfaces and cutlery before using. If these basic issues that every guest should not have to deal with were addressed, this would have a better rating. However, it did not ruin our holiday
