This is a super hotel in every way. Beautiful decor, modern and stylish with original features from 1920’s. Excellent staff all round. Lovely breakfast. The rooftop pool is wonderful and the gym is excellent too. Love the location with the church and square on one side and views to the beach and port on another. Will stay here for definite if we return to Los Cristianos which is likely. We visited El Hierro by ferry and stayed for a few days at this hotel on our return to Tenerife. We plan to visit La Gomera and La Palma on a future trip. Los Cristianos and the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Our room was large and comfortable, but was very warm and there didn’t seem to be any air conditioning control. The breakfast staff were brilliant , but the pool attendant made us move away from the pool to eat our lunch even though we did not see any signs stating this ..she then sent a waitress to take our drinks order even though we hadn’t requested this and we felt obliged to order. We ordered the early breakfast for 6.15am on our departure day , and confirmed this and our taxi with 2 different staff members. However when we went down to reception we were told that early breakfast did not start until 6.45am , and whilst we understood this was due to staffing, it would have been helpful for the reception to call our room and let us know! We then had to ask for some water and we’re not offered anything even though there were pastries on the counter. We had a lovely few days at the hotel and enjoyed our stay .

I wouldn't look anywhere else.

Nice hotel in great location, nothing to fault, staff are nice & helpful, rooms are nice & a good size with a nice balcony with table & chairs, pool area is nice with lots of sun beds, breakfast is superb, i wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This is an old hotel which is in the centre of Los Cristianos. Very convenient for shops, restaurants and not far from the beach. It is very well maintained, but could do with some up-dating, but has an “old worldly” charm

Great location close to everything

Nice excellent location and service. Decent breakfast hot and cold. No parking in the hotel free parking on the street or just next to the hotel private paid parking around 10 euros per day. Nice balcony for a beer or wine after a long day. The hotel has very roomy rooms as the hotel its an antique kind. Very cozy and unique. Very lovey stay for 2-3 nights.

Good central location with great service

Stayed for 2 days whilst selling an apartment. Good central location in Los Cristianos, Great service on check in . Room clean and comfortable. Had breakfast one morning - for the price of E7 was excellent value, unlimited coffee, pastries, bread, fruit, cooked breakfast, etc. Only downside of this hotel is that it is bit tired. Specifically the swimming area had broken tiles around the pool and in the pool.

What a lovely, albeit a tad bit outdated property. It is very centrally located within walking distance of beach, hiking, restaurants, bars, etc....Lovely rooftop pool. The bed needed to be something more comfortable. That being said, the experience, the front desk, breakfast buffet staff were wonderful. I would very much go back again but wish for a better mattress. Parking was an absolute nightmare, at first. However, there is a public parking area directly across the street which was very reasonably priced.

Prior to travelling I checked the reviews for this hotel which is located within the centre of Los Christanos. Reviews were mostly positive hence the reason for my booking. Staff are great and the cooked to order English breakfast was good for getting the day underway. Now for the not so good points. Internet connection was not stable and the most disappointing aspect of my stay was the night time noise, which did not feature in any recent reviews? From approx 20:00 Hrs youths gather outside a derelict apartment block to party. This is followed by noise from a nearby bar / club until approx 01:00 Hrs and finally to start the new day with a bang and a clatter the trash / recycling lorry arrives at 01:00 until 01:45!! I did ask to transfer to a quieter room on the first night of my stay unfortunately the hotel was full and could not accommodate my request. So be warned if you are a light sleeper!!

Hôtel très bien situé, et la vue de la chambre était magnifique ! Mes 2 seuls points négatifs sont que les lits ne sont pas très confortables ,beaucoup trop fermes à mon goût et que c’est extrêmement bruyant à cause des fêtards et des cloches de l’église qui sonnent souvent. Nous souhaitions nous reposer, mais nous avons très peu dormi lors de notre séjour

Plus que parfait

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. Personnel disponible, aimable & à l’écoute. Chambre avec terrasse (table + chaises) et vue partielle sur la mer. Restaurant du petit déjeuner avec vue sur la mer. Petit-déjeuner divers & variés. Terrasse avec tables et chaises vue mer à l'étage de la piscine. Piscine sur le rooftop de l’hôtel avec comme toujours une magnifique vue sur la mer.
