Ground floor apartment situated within the peaceful complex of Port Royale, Tenerife which has had a complete refurbishment carried out in Kitchen/Lounge area (January 2018) Situated within a quiet & peaceful complex, offering a stunning swimming pool with sun loungers to relax. Our apartment is not far from the local beach. There are also a good selection of restaurants, shops and bars close by. There is a sizeable living area with open plan kitchen area, dining table with chairs seating four, 2 double bedded rooms each with en-suite facilities. For your night time viewings we have a satellite television with a good selection of channels this is situated in the lounge/dining area or take a seat outside on our patio area for your pleasure. It is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances which include a hair dryer, iron, iron board, there is also a washing machine available. Air conditioning is offered for the apartment at an additional cost of 1 euro for 1.5 hours. We also have a safety deposit box if you wish to store any personal items. If you wish to travel further a field there is a Taxi Rank within easy reach. Our apartment is available from 3PM on the day of your arrival. Please ensure your departure from the apartment is no later than 11AM. If these times don’t suit they can be adjusted to suit your needs at the time of booking if possible. I also have the apartment next door should you require extra accommodation this is very similar and sleeps 4. If this is of any interest please don’t hesitate to contact me. Complete refurbishment carried out in Kitchen/Lounge area (January 2018)
