Beautiful and modern apartment located in Los Cristianos in an ideal area.



The apartment is completely renovated. It is modern, beautiful and very comfortable. Ideal for rest and to enjoy a good holiday. It is fully equipped with everything you need.

It has a bedroom, a beautiful and spacious American kitchen. Rest area in the living room with sofa bed. It has flat TV, air conditioning and WIFI.

It also has a terrace that overlooks the avenue with beautiful views. It is ideal to enjoy the sun and to eat outdoors.



It is located just 3 minutes walk from the bus station of Los Cristianos and the commercial area. You can also reach the beach and the promenade in a few minutes.

This great location makes access to the TF-1 motorway very easy to reach any point of interest on the island in a short time.



In the area very close you can find a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets and other shops. It is also located a few minutes from the mall.
