Located in Costa del Silencio, this 70 sqm apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 living room. You will find 1 bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen with an Italian-style coffee machine. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, private television, private fan, private washing machine, portable air conditioning available upon request throughout the accommodation, and a dedicated private workspace. A baby bed is available for families traveling with infants.



Step outside to enjoy your private covered terrace and private uncovered terrace with mountain views. The shared heated pool, shared outdoor pool, and shared children's pool provide excellent relaxation options. You can also use the outdoor shower and explore the shared garden. A shared playground offers entertainment for children.



Parking is available in the street, and the property offers shared bicycle storage. Up to 3 pets are allowed, and public transportation is conveniently nearby. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Self check-in is available for your convenience.



The beach is located nearby, and a tennis court is within a 15-minute walking distance from the apartment.
