“Our room was not available on arrival. I was initially stressed, but the front desk was very polite and helpful. He gave us a better upgrade for our troubles. The pool was closed for maintenance which seems to happen a lot at Marshfield hotels, so it wasnt surprising. All staff was fantastic to us. “They cancelled on us less than 24 hours before our arrival because they “forgot” to tell us they are under construction. We are a family of 6 and they left us completely starting from scratch without any resources or help.
