The Studio of the Grand Place

Welcome to the Studio of La Grand Place, fully renovated and located in the historic center of the majestic Grand Place of Arras. Designed for 2 people, this accommodation offers a modern and elegant setting while retaining the authentic charm of this iconic location.

The studio combines comfort and aesthetics, with high-quality materials and carefully selected furnishings. The bright space includes a cozy sleeping area with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm), a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your meals (vitroceramic stove, fridge, microwave, kitchen essentials, and tableware), as well as a modern bathroom with a bathtub, sink unit, and toilet.

You will have access to Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and all the necessary amenities for your stay.

Ideally located, you will have at your fingertips the best restaurants, shops, and cultural sites in the city of Arras. You can enjoy a private terrace while savoring the peace and tranquility of this cozy retreat nestled in the heart of Arras' vibrant atmosphere.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or a city escape!

Guests will have access to the entire accommodation and its terrace. Access is autonomous thanks to a secure key box.
