With only 22 m2 + 22 m2 of private chill out terrace, it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday enjoying the city. El Charco is located in the heart of Arrecife, next to the main streets of the center, shopping streets with restaurants, cafes, services, the History Museum, San Gabriel Castle and Las Bolas Bridge, near Maritime Avenue until the sea. look at the photos

Peaceful location with great views

I had a lovely time staying at Studio Serena. The roof terrace has amazing views of Arrecife harbour (but would benefit from a couple of sun chairs). The apartment is compact but comfortable and had everything I needed. Communication about check in etc came a little bit later than I would have liked (3 days before arrival) however after that the owner Leonora ensured I had all the information I needed and there is a folder in the apartment with more details. Very happy with Studio Serena and will definitely return.

Studio at Charco

Great location 2 minutes from super market.Roof garden amazing and private, breakfast every morning in the sun.Spiral stair would be safer with a hand rail oñ the wall side.All kitchen appliances excellent. Sofa bed slightly uncomfortable .we enjoyed our stay.
