Perfect Location

The property overlooks the Charco de San Gines with great views across the water and waterfront. It is only a couple of minutes walk to a number of very good restaurants along the harbour front and only 5 minutes walk into the city centre.The apartment itself has been very well renovated and is well equipped we enjoyed our 2 week stay.Parking is not always easy along the street but there is a large free car park less than 10 minutes walk away.Being in the city you are in a more traditional Spanish area which we enjoyed and found everyone very friendly.We would not hesitate to recommend a stay its the perfect location to explore the island and Arrecife is an interesting place to explore.

Excellent séjour avec très belle vue

Très bel appartement bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.Une réserve : L'appartement est au dessus d'un bar avec de la musique toute la journée et le soir. La musique n'est pas trop forte et nous avons toujours pu déjeuner et dîner tranquillement sur la terrasse. La nuit, les doubles fenêtre isolent bien de la musique. Je signale le fait, mais pour nous ce n'a pas été un problème
