Unwind in two distinct living areas. The main level features a bright, modern living room with a large sectional sofa and a dining space for eight, all while you gaze out at the stunning mountain views. Downstairs, a fun-filled game room awaits with a large sofa, TV, full-size air hockey table, three retro arcade games (Marvel, Golden Tee, and Pac-Man), and an Infinity game table loaded with digital board games.
*Bedrooms & Bathrooms (5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths)*
Main Level: A King primary bedroom with an ensuite full bath, a second bedroom with two twin bunk beds, and a third King bedroom. A second full bath is accessible from the hall.
Lower Level: A bedroom with two twin beds and a massive King bedroom with its own ensuite full bath, perfect for those needing extra space. Additional rollaway bed trundle in this room is good for one more child.
*Kitchen & Dining *
Create memorable meals in the fully-stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook and serve a large group. In addition to the main dining area, a side bar in the kitchen seats three, and a game table in the basement can seat six.
*Outside*
Step outside into your private paradise on a three-acre lot. The large, heated pool invites you to relax and enjoy the scenery. Next to the pool, gather around the unique Cowboy Cauldron firepit with seating for eight. The walk-out basement leads to a brick patio featuring a 7-person hot tub and an outdoor dining table for eight.
Kids will love the pool house stocked with bocce ball, a mini-golf challenge, corn hole, and pool floats.

Enjoy a seamless and contactless check-in. You will receive a unique code for the keypad on the front door a few days before your arrival.

Nestled in Lovingston, Virginia, you are surrounded by the best of Nelson County. Walk to the popular Blue Mountain Brewery or take a short 5-minute drive to Lovingston Winery. World-famous Crabtree Falls, numerous hiking trails, fruit orchards, and other acclaimed breweries and vineyards are just a short drive away.
*Important Information*
We aim for a simple and relaxing stay. Our checkout process is straightforward: simply load and start the dishwasher and place all trash in the outdoor receptacles before you depart.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is open and heated year-round at no extra charge.
Heated Pool: The pool is open from April to October. Heating is available for an additional fee to cover the cost of propane, which varies by season and length of stay. Please inquire for a quote.
This is not a `party house.` We seek to host guests who are respectful of our property and our neighbors. Please do not book this house if you are looking to host a party.
