“I had gotten my rate from Expedia when I arrived my reservation was not there and they tried to charge me top rate when I showed my reservation to have the rate fixed it took the 3rd person from another of their properties to fix my rate. The night manager nor the evening clerk nor the customer service could it yet each one told me it was going to be fixed. I’ve been in the hotel industry since 1994 and that was unacceptable. The staff otherwise were very friendly but more honesty is needed.……
