a wonderful second stay at blackberry!

this home is immaculate and well-appointed, in a walkable, beautiful and quiet neighborhood, close to all stores and services, and a short drive to the beach. we love the patio on cool evenings, the gas fireplace, and the separation between the primary suite and 2nd/3rd bedrooms. thank you so much - we hope to return for a third stay!

Great getaway in Arroyo Grande

Really nice place. Close to restaurants, nice neighborhood, and close to all of the beaches in the Arroyo Grande/Pismo area. Vacasa was responsive when we needed them. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this Berry house. Perfect location for exploring the Central Coast, clean and spacious house for a family of four. We loved the quality of the beds. Overall, an excellent home away from home. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, convenient, relaxing stay. House was clean and kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. It'd be good to add a salad spinner, and have bigger, plusher towels.

Family visit

Our stay at the Berry house was perfect except we were not aware that it was a two story home. Perhaps I missed that in the description. But my mother who is 88 was planning to stay in the queen bedroom but could not do the stairs everything else was absolutely wonderful. We have relatives in the area who came to visit us and it was a wonderful stay.

Very Berry Special

The house is so absolutely cozy, and located in a perfect location. It was close to shopping, delicious restaurants and the beautiful beach. We have been visiting Arroyo Grande for many years, but this trip was special. My Grandmother turned 100 and my family traveled to the area to help her celebrate her milestone.

The Berry House

Our stay at Berry House was wonderful. The house was clean, newly remodeled and well equipped with appliances like Kitchen Aid and Kohler toilets and a variety of bathroom products. The house was spaceous for our family of five to enjoy our evenings at the house. The Berry House is conveniently located from the beaches around the area (Pismo / Avila ) within 8 min drive and about 20 minutes from San Luis Obispo (SLO) where we spent shopping and walking around admiring this charming old historic town. There was not any flaws that I could find about the house, everything was just perfect. I would highly recommend this house.

Lovely home and comfortable stay

This rental was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable. There was ample parking, comfortable seating throughout the house. The "rules of the house" were a bit particular including not wearing shoes upstairs and requiring us to squeegee and wipe down the showers after each use. We did comply, but this did seem a bit overkill for us. That being said, the home was truly lovely and we did enjoy our stay.

Beautiful, well located, great amenities

We loved staying here. The house had 99% of what anyone could want to enjoy a calm and relaxed stay near the beach and near the village of AG. The Berry Neighborhood is sweet. We will rent this house again if/when we come back with our adult kids. Only recommendations for the owners: 1. Add curtains in the upstairs bedrooms to block out the light. 2. Tell your lawn care people to come later in the day. They woke us up at 7:45 on Friday morning. We were on vacation so not what we wanted to hear at that time. And 3. Add a few cookie trays to the amazing kitchen. We baked some in the oven and that would have been a great kitchen tool. Last, Vacasa really helped us a ton with an issue we had that had nothing to do with the house or the property. . Thank you!!

Clean and comfortable

This house was clean, comfortable, and well outfitted with kitchen and bathroom necessities. It is a spacious and relatively new home as well, and most everything was in great condition. We found the beds and living room furniture to be very comfortable, so much so that we almost didn’t want to leave the house to do our planned sightseeing. It proved to be an excellent choice for our family of five. The location provides easy access to Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Oceano, and Pismo Beach, and the 101 freeway is close by for further driving to points north and south. A few quibbles: the Roku streaming only TV was a puzzle to our relatively tech clueless family and maybe more could be done to control ants in the vicinity? But overall a wonderful house and we would certainly return.
