The shower and bidet have rust on it and the water does not spill properly due to the rust on it. Reserve a king room and get two twins combined into one king and made uncomfortable due to gap. 「The rooms and coordoors smelled of smoking and it shows as no smoking hotel. There was no hot water, tv and room phone did not work. In the morning at 5 am they told me they did not charge for the room, I give a credit card to charge to and there matchiine did not work they asked me to pay cash.. I dis not had that much rupees and I end up pay in Canadian dollars 」

「I was made to feel right at home at this home stay hotel. Very clean, with newly remodeled rooms and spacious meeting lounge. The owner, Amitesh, was incredibly helpful and attentive. 」

「Cassava was a great stay. It was a bit small for 3 adults but clean and had all the facilities like the washer to wash your clothes and hot breakfast of their choice. It was easy to find a transport outside. One con was that we got stuck in the elevator a few times but we rang the alarm and residents were able to make the lift move. Next few times we took the stairs up to the 3rd floor. The owner was easy to work with. Will recommend in the Patel nagar area.」
