Eine sehr schöne

Eine sehr schöne, sauber und gepflegte Unterkunft, die der Beschreibung entsprach. Buchung und Abwicklung war unkompliziert. Vielen Dank an das Team von Vacalia ! Wir waren zu viert dort und hatten durch die 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder ausreichend Platz. Schöne große Küche und herrlicher Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Auch Arta selbst eine sehr schöne kleine Stadt und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflūge.

Es war alles sehr gut und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bei den Fotos war nur davon auszugehen, dass die Dachterasse an die Küche anschließt. Ansonsten sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter vor Ort und absolut empfehlenswert.

Pasamos una semana magnífica en Arta. El entorno es tranquilo y está protegido de las multitudes de turistas. Hemos recorrido buena parte de la isla. Pequeño inconveniente, no está bien insonorizado, hemos oído el paso de coches a primera hora de la mañana.

Perfect for a stay in Arta

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft,sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage mitten drin in Arta. Die Dachterrasse ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in allem war es großartig; wir lieben Arta und kommen auch gerne wieder I liked: Lage optimal, spektakulärer Blick von der Dachterrasse; Begrüßungswein :) und eine Flasche Wasser vorhanden großzügiges Apartment mit (fast) allem, was man braucht; mallorquinisch eingerichtet - sehr nett I did not like: Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten: Erklärung zur Müllentsorgung war fehlerhaft Tablett wäre nett (fürs Geschirr bis in die Dachterrasse) einiges Geschirr war leider nicht richtig sauber

Unser Aufenthalt in Artà war sehr schön!

Nach Anfrage konnten wir zwei Stunden früher einchecken. Das war sehr hilfreich.Der Hausbesitzer kam und zeigte uns kurz alles im Haus. Alles war sehr sauber! Die Dachterrasse ist etwas besonderes! Hier kann man am Abend beim Wein den Anblick der beleuchteten Kirche genießen! Da wir selbst Ferienwohnungen vermieten, waren wir von unserer Ausstattung ausgegangen. Wir haben voll ausgestattete Küchen, das muss sicher nicht unbedingt sein, aber ein bisschen Ersatz an Mülltüten, und etwas Toilettenpapier wären schön. Eine „Erstaustattung“ an Kaffee war da. Vielleicht vom Vormieter, denn auch wir konnten ungeöffnete Getränke im Kühlschrank lassen. Ansonsten alles schön.

Amazing apartment in Arta.

Really enjoyed our stay. Especially the rooftop terrace is very nice. If you want to see a lot of the island maybe Arta isn’t the best location on the island, but for us it was perfect!

Eine schöne Unterkunft wirklich Nahe am Strand. Auch Supermärkte, Bushaltestellen, Fahrrad-Vermietung, Autovermietung und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer wirken auf den Fotos geräumiger als sie sind, sind aber völlig ausreichend. Im Eingangsbereich und im Wohnzimmer gibt es Securitykameras, die im Wohnzimmer haben wir verhängt, weil wir uns so beobachtet vorgekommen sind... Wir (4-köpfige Familie) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

El apartamento en Arta está muy bien situado y estaba muy limpio.

Die Wohnung in Arta ist sehr gut gelegen und war sehr sauber. Die Dachterasse ist absolut traumhaft und gibt der Wohnung ein besonderes Flair. Leider hat die Wohnung kleine Mängel, wie zum Beispiel etwas zu wenig warmes Wasser für vier Personen, auch wenn man sehr sparsam damit umgeht. Auch ist die Spühlung im oberen WC zu wenig stark. Die Organisation mit Homerti und dem Eigentümer ist ein wenig komplizierter als gewohnt bei Air BnB aber hat trotz allem gut funktioniert. Falls man ein Auto hat, muss man einen Parkplatz meistens suchen und ich empfehle eine Vollkasko ohne Selbstbehalt, da es vielfach sehr eng in den Gassen von Arta ist. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt aber absolut.
