"Great value budget hotel in Zakynthos Town, just a minute to the shops and even less to the waterfront. Helpful staff, spacious room. My only gripe would be the ensuite layout and fittings were a little scruffy and that the shower curtain caused the floor to flood when taking a shower."

"The toilet seat had urine stains when we first checked in and only God knows how long its been there. The kitchen lacked clean surfaces as did the floor of the entire room when we first got there. Housekeeping was done only on the third day (which we were told was apparently the norm) and greasiness of the floor did improve after the cleaning. "If you’re looking to escape the party crowds on Zakynthos this is a perfect retreat. Beautiful and thoughtful villas spread out privately. I really enjoyed my time here. There’s a beach a short walk away, a wonderful seafront taverna and several others just up the road. Maria provided excellent instructions with great tips for the week.
