“College housemates now in our 50’s attending a wedding, we needed private rooms in a quiet location, close to the wedding events, and an easy stay. PERFECT! Lovely, shaded back porch for morning coffee, comfy living rooms for visiting, large driveway for our cars. Spotless house with no list of check out tasks save wash the dishes (which we would do anyway!). This house and host was a gem of a find for us.”

“I cannot say enuff about the setting and the views, just stunning. The home is as advertised and very comfortable for our group of 9. The entire staff was attentive and helpful with any minor requests. Truly a professionally run group. All of the rooms and home were clean and plenty of towels provided. I would recommend this home highly, and we already have planned to comeback during football season. Ty to all of you at Yellowtail, the home made our daughter’s graduation a week to remember.”

“The home was very nice I loved everything about it! There are some loud neighbors that are right on the other side of the fence but it didnt really bother us. But if you enjoy complete silence at night it may bother you. Overall we had an amazing stay and were super close to Fort Jackson to get onto post very quickly.”

“This tiny house gives the feeling of the mountains with a beach vibe. If you want a great nights sleep the quiet location is perfect. You sit on top of a ridge with a great view all around. The sunrise shining through the sliding glass doors to the deck are spectacular. Its called a tiny house, but it is very spacious and roomy and still gives a cozy and relaxing feel. “Really clean, comfortable townhouse in a location close to many things to do. Within 10 min drive to USC and the River Walk. A few blocks from several great restaurants on Devine. The Cinnamon Roll Deli and Backstreets were two of our favorites.”

“No door to the loft bed room upstairs. Listing did not make it clear there was no door to the bed room. Second pull out bed from couch is low budget uncomfortable.”

“We stayed here for our son's army bt graduation, it was very clean, quiet, there's a park next door, the owner is easy to communicate with, the property is well stocked with everything you need and they even left a welcome sign personalized with my name! We didn't get to spend a lot of time in this property, as we were away on base for family day and graduation, day but it was a very nice place to sleep and relax when we needed to! ”

“The pool was very nice and the property was also large enough. I had to do a little extra cleaning and there were a lot of dead bugs under some of the furniture.”

“Nasty outside and backside of the property. The parking lot was maintained, but the rest was grown up and had trash under the stairways where homeless people might have been living! We never heard back from the host to give instructions for getting in! We would never have stayed there!”
