“I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport”

“Not as shown in pictures. Low key creepy… There was no free airport pickup (as suggested)—we had to pay. No running water, no toilet seat, bugs in the sink, no electrical outlets and very cold. We were also asked to pay twice. On the positive they fed us a nice breakfast. ”

“The hotel has significant grounds around it and there are lots of birds. It is just outside Arusha and so much quieter and clean air, there is a lawn and pool and tables to relax and socialize while taking in a great view of Mt Meru and all the birds. The staff are all so so happy and friendly and the place is kept immaculate, with cleaning and gardening work. The food was also excellent - flavourful and well prepared. “I can't say enough good things about Kaswende Farm. The owner was the most remarkable host I've ever met. He arranged for a pick-up for me and treated me like family on my arrival. It was my first day in Tanzania and in fact in Africa, and he did a remarkable job at getting me up to speed with what to be aware of while travelling through the country. The farm was very relaxing and I'm not sure, but I'm suspicious that some of the food I ate while there was grown on the farm itself. The……
