「The only problem worth noting in my 2 stays ( before and after a 13 day safari) was the inability of the property to process credit cards. This required much more cash than travelers are accustomed to carrying.」

Some of the staff - especially house keeping were unresponsive/slow and if something was requested in the room, took too long, and once we requested towels at the swimming pool which were never delivered even after following up.
