“Room was very nice. It had hot water!!!! 3 months here and that's gotta be the hottest shower I have had ..the view was exceptional. Getting there wasn't easy but once your there it was very nice. I had some trouble with booking as I accidentally booked the week after but it was fixed. Very good manager. Rooms were very clean and surprisingly cool without air conditioning unit.”

“This is a small family run hotel with great Tanzanian pride. It is clean, very quiet, with friendly staff. The hotel was down a side street and short narrow road. But our airport driver had no issues. We took advantage of Brown. He is a tour guide thst took us around Arusha for 2 days. He handled all museums, lunch, taxis, and questions. He was much better than larger kayak or Travelocity tours. We walked 1 km down the road to embers restaurant if you feel adventurous.This experience……

“I stayed at Mount Meru Game Lodge before embarking on a 2-week safari and after 24 hours in the air. It was a wonderful place to unwind and sleep well before the trip. The location was convenient, the staff very friendly and helpful, the price was fair, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the setting was special having been a former sanctuary for game animals. Also, there was an onsite massage spa which was excellent.”

“Es war grausam! Am Tag meiner Busreise, nach Daressalam, ich hatte schon "online" bezahlt, hielt mich die Dame auf, wegen "Nichtbezahlung"!!! Ich hatte nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss, bis zu meinem Busstand, und zeigte meine Hotel.com App der "Dame"! Sie erzählte mir nochmals, dass ich nicht bezahlt hätte?? Ich sagte nochmals, dass ich schon bezahlt hätte, und dann riss mir ein Herr mit Maske meinen Koffer aus meiner Hand, und sperrte ihn in der Rezeption ein??? Mir lief die Zeit davon, und ich……

“We were taking the shuttle bus to Nairobi and we were picked up at this hotel. Very clean but the amenities are sparse: 1 towel, 1 bottle of water, 1 soap, no shampoo. Bathroom needs attention, no lighting above sink, faucet turns at base when turned on. Hot water for shower is a plus.”
