"property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

"Very pleasent, communication via text was sometimes slow, but we are all human, be patient. The apartment is very nice, clean modern and comfortable. If/when we come back to Brighton, I would certainly look to come back to this place. Thanks. "

"Great location. Of course, a bit noisy ... because of the great location in the middle of everything. This might be an issue in the summer if you wanted to have the windows open but I didn't find it a problem at all."

"Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious for two. Good facilities (though the cutlery is rather basic) and very comfortable. It took us a while to find a car parking space but having the parking permit passed were a godsend. Great location. "

"Lovely, cosy, quirky little place in a very quiet part of town. It has everything I needed for my stay. Only stayed 1 night for work purposes but wanted to stay longer. Rod was very welcoming and throughly nice chap."
