“Our visit to the Sanna did not start well, there was a snafu with our reservation, resulting in us being moved to their eco lodge on arrival. “The service in the lodge of resturant is cold and My prada eyewear and box got lost in restraunt when restaurant manager is preparing the table. while the cctvs did not founction well during the time of theft. The lodge manager Dismas simba did not say anything sorry and do not care if i post the experience to other places. i filed the case in local police. police is going to investigate and ask them why all the cctvs failed to work just during the time of theft.”

“Very nice ”

“This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!”
