「L’appartement est splendide et fonctionnel. Les chambres à l’étage sont un grand atout surtout quand on a un bébé. La vue est magnifique. On s’est énormément ressourcé. Il faut une voiture par contre, c’est mieux, Annecy a 20 min. 」

「Very well-equipped and roomy lodgings in a residential area of Annecy. The apartment is actually a 3 BR 1.5 BA. There is only one shower. Thomas and Marie and colleagues were very responsive and collaborative.」

「Great home…very comfortable (air-conditioning could be better) ...this seems to be a problem in Europe...here the control of the air-conditioning was not given to us even though we requested this several time. Otherwise, it is a fantastic home, large rooms, wonderful bathrooms ...and withing a short walking distance to the most vibrant part of the city. 」

「Nice apartment with a great location - ease access to train and buses and short walk to old part of town. The apartment was clean with plenty of towels and comfortable beds, slightly strange to find ample cups and saucers but no mugs. Wi-Fi was very poor and the TV switched on but we don’t couldn’t find a way to watch any TV (perhaps tied in with the poof WiFi?). No response from concierge when I sent a WhatsApp message to him regarding WiFi. Unable to access the dustbin area as it was locked...

"Amazing new boutique hotel right in the middle of the shopping district. The hotel is newly renovated in 2023 so rooms and nice and not dated. However it provides basic amenities. No Fridge and no kettle. If you wish to have a room with air conditioner, they're only a few of them on the 5th floor in the new building. so be sure to call them which room type has AC before you book and confirm with them after you made booking . The summers are extremely hot in geneva, im thankful i got a room with AC. There are bars and restaurants right below the hotel , its literally 10 steps into the main street and 20 steps to bus stops. Can't recommend this hotel better. My best option in GVA recently! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. "

"Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day. One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am."
